Where we ship
We ship throughout the European community, to Norway and the United Kingdom. If you cannot find your country in the list, please contact us and we will provide you with an ad hoc quotation. Deliveries within the European community are handled by GLS. Orders to all other destinations are handled by UPS.

Order processing and delivery times
Orders are generally handled within 24/48 hours. All orders to EU are delivered by GLS or UPS. In the remote hypothesis in which an order could not be dealt with within the foreseen times it will be our care to contact the customer as soon as possible. The courier will deliver to the address you provided during the purchase within 3 - 5 working days in EU and UK.
All orders will be traceable through a tracking number.
You will be notified step by step on the status of your order and you can find all the information within the order form.

Shipping to England
Orders from England arrive at their destination within 7 working days. Orders are generally handled within 48 hours (we need 1 day more than usual due to custom documents needed). All orders to the United Kingdom are shipped with UPS. All prices include VAT, the customer will be asked to pay import duties at checkout.
Please note that no additional payment will be required during customs clearance.
PLEASE NOTE:
To purchase a replica airsoft (RIF Realistic Imitation Firearm), a valid defence must be provided. Alternatively, you can request our two-tone colouring service, which, according to British law, allows you to purchase an airsoft replica without submitting further documentation. UKARA/OTHER DEFENCES
Please provide a valid defence when purchasing an airsoft replica from United Kingdom.
We will enclose this documentation with the shipment to ensure safe delivery.
some valid defences are:
- The buyer has a UKARA id
- The buyer is part of a reenactment company.
- The buyer is a museum curator.
- The buyer is a member of a television or film production team.
Airsoftmania is not responsible for delivery problems related to missing defence documents.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that, as of 9 September 2025, our prices include VAT for the UK market. When you purchase a product from the UK, it will include 20% VAT and customs duties.
Our UK customers will not have to pay any amount for customs clearance of their orders.
Depowering of airsoft replicas.
Wherever possible, we will modify airsoft replicas to comply with our customers' law according to the table below:
- Germany: 0.5J
- Italy and Ireland: 1J
the modification consists solely of changing the spring, so it is not a difficult operation but still takes between 1 and 5 days depending on the workload at the time. It is not possible to return depowered airsoft replicas if you change your mind. However, the warranty remains on depowered replicas. If the product turns out to be defective, you can always return it.
Shipping to the Netherlands
In order to purchase airsoft replicas in the Netherlands you must provide a valid NABV airsoft pas id. We require a copy of the pas to ship to the Netherlands in accordance with Dutch law.

Shipping to Malta
Delivery of orders to Malta is generally longer compared to other destinations. This is because we cannot currently ship orders directly from our warehouse in Europe to our Maltese customers. Orders to Malta will be sent to our Italian office and then forwarded to the end customer. This usually takes about 10 to 12 working days. All our international shipments to Malta are covered by comprehensive insurance.
Receipt of your order
Please check the goods arrived. Goods are packed securely, but if anything is damaged, missing or the item sent is not what you ordered, please contact us via email customercare@airsoftamania.eu within 2 days of receiving the goods.
Dual-Use & Export Control Policy (Airsoftmania.eu)
Airsoftmania.eu is committed to full compliance with applicable export control and sanctions laws. This policy explains how we manage products that may be classified as dual-use items (goods, software, and technology that can be used for both civilian and military applications).
1) Scope
- This policy applies to any product, software, technical data, or documentation sold or supplied by Airsoftmania.eu that is listed or may be caught by export control rules (including “catch-all” situations).
- It covers exports outside the EU and, where applicable, certain intra-EU transfers of particularly sensitive controlled items.
2) Legal framework (EU + international alignment)
Our EU compliance is based primarily on Regulation (EU) 2021/821, which establishes the Union regime for the control of exports, brokering, transit, technical assistance, and transfer of dual-use items.
- Controlled lists: Annex I identifies dual-use items that generally require authorisation for export to non-EU destinations; Annex IV lists particularly sensitive items that may require authorisation even for transfers within the EU.
- Catch-all controls: Even if an item is not listed, export authorisation may be required when there are concerns about prohibited end-uses (e.g., WMD-related) or other risk triggers set by law and competent authorities.
- Sanctions / restrictive measures: We also comply with applicable EU restrictive measures (sanctions), including arms embargoes and listings.
The EU dual-use framework reflects the EU and Member States’ international non-proliferation and export-control commitments, including multilateral regimes that inform control lists (e.g., Wassenaar Arrangement).
3) Export policy for dual-use classified products
If a product is classified as dual-use (or may be subject to catch-all controls), we apply the following rules:
- We may require additional information before accepting or shipping an order (end-user details, intended end-use, destination, intermediary parties, and supporting documents).
- We may refuse, cancel, or refund any order where compliance cannot be confirmed, where a licence is denied/unavailable, or where red flags indicate a risk of diversion or prohibited use.
- We do not support circumvention (e.g., misleading routing, false end-user data, split shipments intended to bypass controls).
4) How we ensure compliance (EU & international)
We maintain a risk-based export compliance process designed to prevent unlawful exports and diversion:
- Product screening & classification: We assess whether items may fall under EU dual-use controls (Annex I / Annex IV) and whether any “catch-all” risks apply.
- End-user / end-use checks: We evaluate destination, end-user profile, intermediaries, and stated end-use; we may request an end-use statement.
- Sanctions screening: We screen relevant parties and destinations against applicable EU restrictive measures and embargoes.
- Licence determination: Where required, we apply for the appropriate authorisation through the competent EU Member State authority (see section 5).
- Recordkeeping: We retain compliance records (orders, shipping data, screening outcomes, communications, and licence documentation) as required by applicable law.
- Staff awareness: We train relevant staff to recognise export-control red flags and to escalate compliance concerns.
5) Export licences (where applicable)
Where an export authorisation is required under Regulation (EU) 2021/821 or related rules, shipment will occur only after the applicable licence is obtained and all conditions are met.
- Licensing authority: Licences are issued by the competent authority of the relevant EU Member State (typically where the exporter is established).
- Licence types: Depending on the situation and legal availability, authorisations may include individual, global, or general export authorisations (national or EU-level), subject to eligibility and conditions.
- Timing: If a licence is required, processing time may vary; orders may be placed on hold until a decision is received.
- Costs & documents: We may request additional documentation from the customer; if licensing is not feasible or is denied, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
6) Customer responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information about the end-user, destination, and intended end-use.
- You must not re-export, transfer, or resell controlled items in violation of EU or applicable local export control and sanctions laws.
- You must comply with all licence conditions and any restrictions communicated to you.
