The Specna Arms MP41 RETRO AEG is part of the exclusive Specna Arms Retro Series, developed in collaboration with S&T / AGM to faithfully reproduce some of the most iconic military firearms of the 20th century. Combining authentic WWII aesthetics with reliable modern airsoft technology, the MP41 is an outstanding choice for collectors, historical reenactors, and MilSim enthusiasts.
Unlike the commonly known MP40, the MP41 was actually designed by the renowned German firearms engineer Hugo Schmeisser at the C.G. Haenel factory. It combined the reliable operating system of the MP40 with the traditional wooden stock and trigger assembly of the MP28, creating a unique submachine gun primarily issued to police units, rear-echelon troops, and Germany's allied forces during World War II.
