Returns Policy

At Airsoftmania, we care about your satisfaction and strive to offer the best shopping experience. In compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and the Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. At Airsoftmania you have 30 days from the date of purchase, without needing to provide any justification.

You may request a return only if the product:

• Has not been used or modified in any way
• Has not undergone personalization such as power downgrade (e.g. 0.5J for Germany, 1J for Italy and Ireland) or two-tone painting
• Is returned complete with all original accessories and packaging
  (please don't write any text on the package)

How to Request a Return

Our team will process your request within 3 working days. You will receive instructions, including the RMA code and the return shipping address.

Packaging and Shipping

Please place the product in its original packaging. If the original box is damaged, use packaging of similar size and strength. Note that return shipping costs are not covered by us; we only refund the value of the product once its condition has been verified.

Important: The inspection process may take up to 7 working days depending on return volume.

Return Conditions

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

We will not accept returns for items that:

• Have been customized (e.g. power downgrades/upgrades or two-tone painting)
• Show signs of use (e.g. wear, scratches, stains, deformations)
• Are missing parts, packaging, or accessories
• damaged packaging

In these cases, if the item is returned anyway, we will evaluate its residual value and may issue a partial refund or coupon equivalent to that value.

Refunds or Replacements

• If the returned product is intact and unused, we will issue a full refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• If the product shows factory defects, we may:
  • Issue a coupon for the total or partial value of the item*
  • Send a replacement item**

*Coupons will reflect deductions for any wear or damage and shipping costs.
**Replacements are only issued after confirming factory defects. Used or damaged items will not be replaced.

Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and by a 24-month warranty for conformity defects, as per Directive 1999/44/EC and the Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
