CM16 Raider L 2.0 carbine replica
The CM16 Raider L 2.0 carbine replica by G&G was made under the Combat Machine project, the aim of which is to provide high quality replicas at a price that can be considered economical. Combat Machine replicas are characterized by the highest, characteristic for G&G, workmanship and high quality of applied materials. The main factor allowing to reduce the price is the use of high quality fiberglass reinforced plastic body instead of metal.
The plastic is used for the body, pistol
grip, MLok system rail, flask and the exhaust device. Metal was used for the external barrel, flask guide, grips and most of the small parts.
The replica is ideally suited for operations at medium ranges, due to its muzzle velocity of ~350 FPS. The applied dorsal RIS rail allows to attach any aiming optical device, while the telescopic, rechargeable flask allows to adjust the replica to individual user's preferences. In the set, we receive a set of folding, mechanical flipup sights.
Apart from high quality parts typical for G&G, the GB has an innovative ETU (Electronic Trigger Unit) system installed. The system completely replaces the contact block and acts as a MOSFET type circuit. Thanks to the electronic trigger operation, the system has gained an excellent response to the trigger. Each press of the trigger results in a full GB cycle.
The ETU system has the possibility of programming the modes of conducting fire. The basic user has access to SAFE SEMI modes and a choice of FULL AUTO or 3shot burst. Programming is trivial just set the selector to SEMI position and hold the trigger for 10 seconds. After this procedure on the third selector setting will start the selected mode.
The set does not include a battery and charger.
