Constructed from a lightweight fibreglass-reinforced plastic, the M4 airsoft rifle SA-C04 CORE features metal components such as the barrel, RIS front, flame suppressor, enlarged reloading handle, and tactical suspension assembly (with steel screws, pins, shell ejection window, and dummy lock). Serial numbers and barrel markings add the realistic touch, and the precise fit between the lower and upper parts provides reliable performance for dynamic games or extended milsim events. Toughness is enhanced by the fibreglass reinforcement, offering increased durability over traditional polymer and metal bodies.

The replica features a quick-change spring system, ESA™, enabling efficient adjustment of power without the need for special tools or access to a workshop. Simply unscrew the flask guide to access and replace the spring, making it versatile for different field conditions.

The gearbox contains 8-millimetre slide bearings and supported steel gears. The system is secured by four anti-reverse pawls. The lightweight polycarbonate plastic piston is strengthened with a full steel bar. It uses a type 1 cylinder and steel interrupter, paired with a precision rotary hop-up chamber. These robust parts allow compatibility with M140 springs.

A finely crafted Rotary Hop-Up chamber works in harmony with the high-quality 6.03mm precision barrel, enhancing range and accuracy. It's essential to use high-quality 6mm ammunition for optimal performance.
