The SPARTAC line of replicas offers excellent quality at a reasonable price point. Cost savings are achieved by utilizing plastic in certain components of the receiver, while other parts, such as the fully-metal gearbox and other mechanical components, remain top-notch. The result is a formidable weapon - as capable as its more expensive rivals - at a fraction of the price.
The majority of the SRT-13's main parts are composed of plastic, such as the receiver, dust cover, magazine, gas pipe, front sight base, and stock. The exceptional steel components include the outer barrel, fire selector, and sling catch, which are uncommon in similarly priced replicas.
SRT-13 features an ergonomic pistol grip and a front conversion with 22mm RIS mounting rails, allowing the attachment of a wide array of accessories from scopes to tactical lights. It is also equipped with a folding vertical front grip. The replica is further equipped with a telescoping adjustable stock, commonly found in M4 replicas. Unboxing reveals a great fitment of components. Despite much of the elements being plastic, they will neither have any backlash nor the classic cracking heard with lower-end replicas. A stick-type battery is included within the dust cover and all necessary items come with the rifle in the box.
Access to the hop-up system is achieved via the standard pull-down of the reload handle. On the right side is a fire selector switch. The replica is powered by a fully metal v.3 gearbox known for its sturdiness and dependability, allowing it to reach an initial muzzle velocity of around 410 FPS. Its 455mm long inner barrel ensures long-distance shots are precise and accurate.
