The replica of the SA-A34 carbine by Specna Arms has been made predominantly from a uniform zinc and aluminium alloy, with the use of steel elements in the most critical points of the replica (thus, all screws, pins and the tactical suspension mount are steel). The buttstock and pistol grip are made of polymer plastic. The body of the replica and the RIS rail assembly were subjected to an anodising process, which guarantees a high level of protection of the replica against corrosion. The replica itself was painted using a powder coating process, after the surface had been sandblasted. This ensures a much higher than usual abrasion resistance of the applied paint.
The replica is very well-fitted in a way that could previously only be seen almost exclusively in the G&P or Classic Army class of manufacturers and perfectly balanced. This ensures the ideal manoeuvrability of the replica, while its weight is also almost imperceptible once the replica is placed against the shoulder.
The replica uses a quick-change spring system, the so-called Enter & Convert™. This allows quick and efficient adjustment of the replica's power to the conditions expected on the battlefield without the need for access to a workshop or a range of specialised tools after removing the gearbox from the body of the replica, the spring change process itself takes literally seconds.
The advantages of the Enter & Convert™ system are difficult to overestimate. In light of the prevailing tendency throughout Europe to apply legal limits to the firing speed of the replica and the arrangements that exist within the environments themselves, this system guarantees the user considerable possibilities and a great deal of freedom. The Enter & Convert™ system makes it possible, with a minimum of time, to change the mainspring and thus adjust the replica's discharge velocity to the playing area so as to guarantee an ideal compromise between the effectiveness of the firearm and the safety of oneself and other players.
The replica has been fully adapted to work with LiPo and LiFe type batteries. With a base initial discharge velocity of ~410 FPS guaranteed by the factory-installed mainspring, the replica is ideal for medium range operations. An M90-type spring is also included, allowing the initial velocity to be reduced to ~310 FPS, thus making the replica perfectly suited for short-range or indoor operations.
The gearbox, reinforced at the height of the cylinder head, houses a steel spring guide that is part of the Enter & Convert™ system and steel gears mounted on 8mm ball bearings and washers. The system is secured by four anti-reverse pawls. The lightweight polycarbonate piston is fitted with a steel tooth to increase its strength. It also features a Type 2 cylinder and steel interrupter, as well as a metal hop-up chamber.

The replica is equipped with a 22mm dorsal RIS rail, a set of front MLOK rails and an adjustable SF-type buttstock. On the upper RIS rail, flip-up sights have been fitted, but they can freely be replaced by any optoelectronic sighting device. Thanks to the sliding buttstock finished with a foot with an anti-slip texture, it is possible to adjust the length of the replica to the build and preferences of the shooter. The flame suppressor is mounted on a 14-mm left-hand thread, which makes it possible to attach a sound suppressor in its place.
To increase the realism of the gameplay, the replica is also equipped with a functioning breech release.
The replica also comes with a steel hi-cap magazine, holding 300 rounds.
The set does not include a battery and charger.
