Perun MOSFET

One of the smallest MOSFETs available on the market. Equipped with a special transistor with low resistance, this model allows the mechanical contacts to be relieved, thus increasing the lifespan and firing rate of the replica.

Features of the circuit:

  • Size - 14x6x3mm
  • Acceptable battery voltage - 7V to 17V
  • Maximum replica exit velocity - 650 FPS on 0.2g BBs
  • Maximum firing rate of the replica - 50 shots per second
