A first complete airsoft setup built around the Specna Arms SA-FX01 FLEX with HAL ETU. The rifle ships without a battery, which is the single most common reason a first purchase cannot be used on the day it arrives. Here the power is solved, the ammunition is chosen for you, and magazines are optional.
The charger set covers both halves of the problem: a balance charger for 110-240V and an 11.1V 1000 mAh Li-Po with a Deans connector. The HAL ETU handles the trigger electronically, so the 11.1V pack gives a shorter, more consistent trigger response than conventional wiring would.
The BBs are all EDGE ULTRA BIO in 2,700-round bottles, offered from 0.20 g to 0.30 g. The weight matters more than beginners expect. A FLEX runs around 330-350 FPS out of the box, and at that energy 0.25 g and 0.28 g are the sensible working range: heavy enough to hold a line in wind, light enough that the hop-up copes. Choose 0.20 g only if your field caps at 0.5 J, where the lighter BB is the correct answer rather than a compromise. Go to 0.30 g if you shoot at longer distances and have the hop dialled in. The bottle is resealable, which on a first kit is more practical than a bag.
Magazines are optional because the rifle already comes with one. Adding five X-Series mid-caps takes you to six, which is enough to play a full game without reloading from a bag. Mid-caps need no winding wheel and stay quiet when you move, at the cost of reloading more often than a hi-cap would.
