The present General Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "General Conditions") govern the sale of products from Airsoft Mania Europe via the websites www.airsoftmania.it and www.airsoftmania.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

Payments

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna or bank transfers.

We may refuse payment if:

Confirmation

Confirmation of payments received and the start date will be provided to the customer in writing.

Prices

All prices quoted are subject to change.

All prices include VAT for the destination country, whether that be the United Kingdom or another EU country. Products destined for non-EU countries do not include VAT. Customs in non-EU countries may ask you to pay your country's VAT and any duties.

Unauthorised Use of Credit Cards

Most card issuers will cover the costs of unauthorised use of credit and debit cards or limit cardholders' liability.

Airsoft Mania is committed to taking all necessary measures to ensure the protection of customer reservation and credit card information. However, except in cases of negligence on our part, we shall not be liable for any losses incurred by customers as a result of unauthorised use by third parties of the information transmitted to us by customers when ordering from www.airsoftmania.eu.
