Out-of-court dispute resolution

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. Consumers resident in the European Union can find the competent national alternative dispute resolution bodies at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies, and can obtain free assistance with cross-border purchases from the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net). We are not obliged to participate in, and do not currently commit to, dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. This does not affect your right to bring proceedings before the competent courts.

Statutory guarantee of conformity

Under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (the Consumer Code), we are liable to consumers for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 24 months of delivery of the goods. Any lack of conformity should be reported to us as soon as it is discovered.

Goods are presumed to be in conformity with the contract where they:

  1. are fit for the purposes for which goods of the same type are ordinarily used;
  2. correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities of the goods presented to the consumer;
  3. possess the qualities and performance normal in goods of the same type, which the consumer can reasonably expect given the nature of the goods;
  4. are fit for any particular purpose made known to the seller at the time the contract was concluded and accepted by the seller.

Where goods do not conform to the contract, you are entitled in the first instance to have them brought into conformity by repair or replacement, free of charge and within a reasonable time. Where repair or replacement is impossible, disproportionate, not carried out within a reasonable time, or causes significant inconvenience, you are entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the contract and receive a refund.

The statutory guarantee applies to consumers. It does not apply to purchases made in the course of a business or profession, which are instead covered by the guarantee provided under Article 1490 of the Italian Civil Code.

Limits of the guarantee

The guarantee does not cover faults caused by tampering with the product or by use that does not comply with the manufacturer's instructions. In relation to airsoft replicas this includes, but is not limited to: use of batteries whose voltage or amperage exceeds the product's specification; use of unsuitable gas; modification or tampering; use of BBs of inadequate quality; contact with liquids; and use in weather conditions incompatible with the nature of the product, such as rain or extreme cold.

Parts subject to wear and to periodic maintenance are covered in proportion to their normal working life. Routine maintenance and cleaning are the customer's responsibility.

Please keep your order confirmation or invoice, which serves as proof of purchase.

Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including accidents, explosions, fire, strikes or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, and comparable events that prevent, in whole or in part, performance of the contract within the agreed time.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Contracts concluded through this website are governed by Italian law. Where the customer is a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive them of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence, and they may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. For customers who are not consumers, the courts of Palermo, Italy, have exclusive jurisdiction.
