Terms of service

Terms of service

These terms govern the sale of products through airsoftmania.eu, operated by VIKKIN S.R.L.S. (the "Seller", "we", "us"), Contrada Ulmi 703, Frazione San Ciro-Ulmi-Filci, 91018 Salemi (TP), Italy, VAT number IT02846720817. Full company details are in our Legal notice.

By placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them before ordering.

1. Who we sell to

We sell to consumers and to businesses in the European Union. We have suspended sales and shipments to destinations outside the EU until further notice. Some products may only be sold to adults, or to customers who meet the age, licensing or documentation requirements applicable in their country. Those requirements are set out in our Shipping policy and are shown on the relevant product pages.

You are responsible for checking that the products you order may lawfully be possessed and used where you live. Where national law restricts the power, colour, appearance or possession of airsoft replicas, we apply the adaptations described in the shipping policy, but we cannot advise on your personal situation.

2. How a contract is formed

Product pages are an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. Until then no contract exists between us.

We may decline an order where: the product is unavailable; there is a manifest error in the price or description; we cannot obtain authorisation for the payment; you do not meet the legal requirements for the product concerned; or an anti-fraud or export control check is not resolved. If we decline an order that has already been paid, we refund it in full without delay.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and include VAT at the rate of the destination country. As we sell within the European Union only, no customs duties or import charges arise on your order.

Shipping costs are shown separately and are always displayed at checkout before payment. Prices may change at any time, but the price applicable to your order is the one displayed when you place it.

4. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna and, in some markets, local payment methods shown at checkout. Bank transfer is available for business customers by prior arrangement.

Payment is processed by our payment providers. We never receive or store your full card details. Most card issuers limit or cover cardholders' liability for unauthorised use; except where we have been negligent, we are not liable for losses arising from third-party misuse of information transmitted to us.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping policy. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party you designate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have 30 days to withdraw from the purchase, which is longer than the 14 days required by Directive 2011/83/EU. The exceptions, the procedure and how refunds are made are set out in full in our Returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Guarantee of conformity

Consumers benefit from the 24-month statutory guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. Business customers are covered by the guarantee under Article 1490 of the Italian Civil Code. The scope and limits are described in our Legal notice.

8. Customer care

Customer enquiries and shipment monitoring are handled on our behalf by Unity sp. z o.o., established in Poland, acting under our instructions and as our data processor. VIKKIN S.R.L.S. remains the seller, your sole contractual counterparty, and the only party that decides on refunds, replacements and commercial concessions. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

9. Intellectual property

All images, text, graphics, selection and layout on this website are protected by copyright. You may copy or print parts of the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission. Trade marks appearing on the site belong to their respective owners.

10. Availability of the website

We prepare the content of this site with care, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, or that all information is always current. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from problems of access. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including our liability to consumers under the statutory guarantee.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. Where you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. For customers who are not consumers, the courts of Palermo, Italy, have exclusive jurisdiction.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. Consumers can find the competent national alternative dispute resolution bodies at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies, and can obtain free assistance with cross-border purchases from the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net). We are not obliged to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration body and do not currently commit to doing so.

12. Changes

We may amend these terms. The version applicable to your order is the one published when you place it. The current version is always available on this page.
