Small arms in a bull-pup configuration (sometimes referred to as stockless) have a long tradition and as many supporters as sceptics. However, one of the advantages of this type of construction is hard to question - the possibility of using a really long and effective barrel, while maintaining the relatively compact size of the rifle itself. One should also not forget about aesthetic qualities - bull-pups are simply characteristic and cannot be mistaken with anything else.
As in the original firearm, the body of the replica was made of strong, polymer plastic. Metal was used in the production of the entire front part of the replica, as well as small parts such as the shell ejector flap and the flame suppressor .
Both in the rear and front parts of the replica there are metal mounts for attaching the tactical suspension. Access to the adjustment knob of the hop up system is gained in a standard way, after pulling back the reloading handle and thus exposing the shell ejector window. The handle can be locked in the rear position. What is characteristic for this design, the ejector windows are located on both sides so that the left-handed user will also have comfortable access. Flame suppressor was mounted on 14mm, left-handed thread.
The battery of the replica is located inside the flask (if we can use this word while dealing with a - nomen omen - flaskless system). To do so, it is enough to remove the rubber boot. You do not need any tools to do it, because it is mounted in a "push-on" manner. Taking the whole carbine apart also takes a few seconds - if, for example, we want to get to the hop-up chamber and inner barrel. In order to do that, all you need to do is to press the metal pin - the lock - and slide out the fire selector, then spread the construction into two parts - the body and the front part with the barrel.
The replica is equipped with one long, dorsal RIS rail and standard sights mounted on it.
The carbine is equipped with a two-stage trigger assembly, which when pressed shallower causes a single shot, while a deeper press - a continuous fire. The safety catch is located at the pistol
grip and can be operated from both sides.
The replica is equipped with a quick-change spring system allowing to change the mainspring with minimum effort. There is no need to take out the gearbox and disassemble the whole structure. It is enough to remove the buttstock, unscrew the plastic cap and then, through the hole in the rear wall of the gearbox, remove the guide with the spring. The system allows quick and efficient adjustment of the replica's power to the conditions expected on the airsoft battlefield, without having access to a workshop or a range of specialist tools. We can now easily guarantee an ideal compromise between the effectiveness of fire and safety of ourselves and other players.
The replica comes with a plastic hi-cap magazine
